Order amid Chaos

Holly Warnet

A Find for Treatment

After all the test results were looked at and reviewed by the doctors, we were told that she had a very rare form of lymphoma. The kind she had was usually seen in men in their mid 50's, not in teenage girls. They also told us that because it was so rare they had to call all over the world to find a protocol for her.

It took 2 days before they came up with one that was being used in England.

Then they told us that because the cancer was so rare they could almost guarantee that she would be in remission by Christmas but there was a good chance that she would relapse. If she did relapse there would be nothing that they could do for her. They also told us that this chemo would make her sterile.
