By the first week of March, Jessica was well enough to go home and continue her treatment on an outpatient basis. Jessica endured two years of chemotherapy treatment. She has been off treatment now for 1½ years and we are looking forward this spring to, hopefully, her last spinal and bone marrow aspiration. The doctors will continue to check her blood to verify that she stays in remission. We are so lucky and blessed to have Jessica with us today. She has taught us that no matter what happens in life, together as a family we can get through anything.
