TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Enclosed please find a renewed solid waste facility permit issued by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste to Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation for continued
operation of Cell 3 only of its sanitary landfill. The permit also approves the transfer of ownership from Ciba-Geigy Corporation to Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation. The landfill is located on Lot 6, Block 411 in Dover Township, New Jersey.
The landfill is owned and operated by Ciba, Specialty Chemicals Corporation at Oak Ridge Parkway, P.O. Box 71, Dover Township, Ocean County. A report on the notice of public comment period is also enclosed.
